Baked Calzones
I made some baked calzones tonight on the BGE. Turned out great! These were made with Pillsbury premade pizza dough, pepperoni, sausage, onion, black olive, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.

I just edit on my phone before posting. Depending on the browser, you can delete the thumbnails after you post. I post from safari then open Chrome and delete the thumbnails.Steven

Those are some kick ass calzones for a guy with 8 posts! One piece of advice. Go to a hardware store and pick up 3@ 1/2" copper T pipe fittings. Use the between the platestter and the pizza stone to allow air to pass below and let the stone to heat more evenly.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE
