    Here is the hot floor and 4th floor which is one of the classic floors. Mine is on this floor. There are 49 chilis strung out over 6 floors. I'm in heaven. :D

    I cooked my hamburger and Italian sausage on my egg in a CI Skillet. I also roasted a yellow & orange bell pepper along with a couple Anaheim peppers and a white onion on the egg. Mixed in Bushes chili red and black beans, minced garlic, brown sugar, cooking sherry, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
