Turkey Chops and Stuffed Shrooms

Picked up some Turkey Chops/Cutlets and into a quick water,salt,sugar,garlic and clove brine for only 1hr. I cheated and bought pre stuffed shrooms.

Delicious and quick! I love the CT glaze and I'm sure it pairs well with turkey. Nice cook.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

These were packaged in the stores self wrapped containers, so they were cut on site. I have bought them before in Butterball(I think) wrapping from Walmart They are called cutlets or sometimes chops.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini.
