Duck Fat For The WIN!!!

onight's dinner: Hand cut fries cooked using duck fat in a Lodge Cast Iron skillet & grass fed beef sliders w crispy bacon, habanero cheese & siracha mayonnaise. Both cooked on the Big Green Egg.
I cooked these raised direct, using the Kamado Joe Divide and Conquer, at 350F.

@cazzy either I am drunk or he switched the pic. The burgers were fuzzy when I first opened it. Not being picky they were fuzzy.

@theyolksonyou the burgers looked good even fuzzy but if you saw the original pic you would see what I was talking about. Looked like he took the pic at 1.8-2.2 when he should have been at 3.2.

@tshelburn its easy click my handle and look at my past posts you douche. I said above the burgers look good even fuzzy but the original pic didnt do the cook justice.

Looks beautiful. I cooked a duck on the gas grill last week. (My wife prefers it cooked that way, as she finds one cooked on the Egg to be too smoky for good soup.) Have a good sized jar of duck fat left over. Now I know what to do with it.
