Blake that is awesome. My first thought was heck that's cool but I'd never do it. Now I'm thinking that's a good idea for a Sunday night dinner with extended family. Kind of a cross between a roast and a steak.

You are the master of beating your meat!Looks great man. That ring of veggies is out of sight as well.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Maybe I haven't been paying attention... or maybe I need to get out more, but your narrative of your cook was downright sexy. I need a shower and a smoke now. Man, it looks good.I know you get asked this alot, but where did you get that CI pan from, and what's the diameter? I can't bring myself to cut off the handle of one of my CI pans for some reason.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

@caliking ... looks like a 10" Camp Chef Pie Pan. I've been eying one for awhile. Hey Blake, tell us what you think about it please.

Thanks everybody!
@caliking & @Jeepster47 This particular CI pan is a 10" fluted pie pan. Made by Camp Chef and being sold several places. Amazon has it available for $16.99 right now (may be able to find elsewhere for less $$$). I really like this one because it fits perfect even on the MM. I have a decent collection of CI but, this one gets a lot of use so it's well seasoned.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
