Cauliflower Soup

Favourite soups are broccoli soup and cauliflower soup.  Today decided on cauliflower.  Here goes ...

Roasted a head a cauliflower and onions for about 25 minutes.

Added to the Blendtec with 2 cups of vegetable stock and 1 cup of milk (no cream in the house).  Selected 'Soup', plugged the ears and let it go.

Comes out just warm, I like it hot so on the stove to heat up.

It was great!  Will be doing this more often and experiment a little more.  Amazing how it comes out smooth with not lumps at all.  

Made chicken burgers while the soup was heating up, no pictures of that but it is the same as what I've done before.

Nothing better than cauliflower soup on a cold day. We add roasted garlic as well. Looks great man.

Just got two ideas
1. Try cauliflower soup looks good.
2. Add cauliflower to my squash soup.

Nice soup for this time of year.  Sometimes I will add cream cheese instead of milk or 1/2-1/2.
