Half Moon Griddle?

What are some cooks and setups everyone uses for they're half moon griddle (pics)? I got one for Xmas and have only used it to cook bacon. How do you remove the bacon grease. Thanks for any advice. I want to utilize this griddle as much as possible.

I happen to use this accessory for most cooks. I like garlic potatos and veggies on the cast iron (grid side). I use oil on (olive/coconut) on everything that goes on the grid, I don't bother to clean until the the next cook. I store inside the Egg and brush off once pre-heated.

I let my ci cool. Place in fridge if necessary. Scrape out the grease put it in a mason jar save for next cook. Same with duck fat

I like to use mine when making burgers. I put it in while the burgers are cooking and right before there done I put the buns with some butter and garlic salt on it. I've also used it to make reubens.middle of nowhere- G.I. NE

I use mine for a few different cooks, but find it works really well for searing cowboy ribeyes. Because there is no rim (like a pan), the bone doesn't prevent the steak from sitting flat on the CI surface.Ajax, ON Canada(XL BGE, MED BGE, La Caja China #2, and the wife's Napoleon gasser)
