Simple cook (Non Egged)

Thought my Mom would enjoy some home cooking. Cooked some country-style steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pea salad.

I must say that does look awful good. My Mom used to make Salsbury Steak all the time and it made that tough old Round Steak edible. I bet Mom loved that dinner.

That was a staple cook at my house growing up. We used sawmill gravy, but same idea. Looks great!

You're right @Jeremiah‌ , that is Carolina on a plate. I can eat that till I could explode.

Mom loved it, though she isn't eating much nor has an appetite, she said it tasted great.
