What hot sauces yall using??

Reaper is from SC if I remember correctly.  I have 3 jars of the Sosu Sriracha.   Love it!

They are, Dillon. The last three bottles I posted I got from them. I drive past them a lot so stop when I am low. I have tried 5-6 other types by them but those are my favorites. 

That is awesome you have tried Sosu. They are such a small outfit right now but so damn good!

Tabasco Chipotle, Sriracha, or Marie Sharp Habanero are my go-to's for pretty much everything I eat.  Huy Fung Chili Garlic sauce, too.  Plus Stonewall Kitchen Chipotle Ketchup. (Does that count?  It's got a bit of heat and is delicious.)

Ed Currie who owns Pucker Butt cultivated the Reaper as a cross reportedly from the Bhut Jolokia and Red Sevina, both being former record holders.  He is located in SC.
