Reaper is from SC if I remember correctly. I have 3 jars of the Sosu Sriracha. Tabasco Chipotle, Sriracha, or Marie Sharp Habanero are my go-to's for pretty much everything I eat. Huy Fung Chili Garlic sauce, too. Plus Stonewall Kitchen Chipotle Ketchup. (Does that count? It's got a bit of heat and is delicious.)It's a 302 thing . . .
