Pepper Stout Beef...First try advice.

Heard great thing about pepper stout beef so I'm giving it a try tomorrow. Rubbed my Chuck roast and have it in the fridge now.

Any advice. The recipe seems too simple. Any tips or variations that you Eggers have.

    The recipe is simple, but pretty foolproof. Have some crusty rolls for serving, and stir some prepared horseradish into some mayo to put on the rolls for service.
