Steak Dinner for the wife

Since I bought my egg last April I have been spoiled cooking steaks. The egg does something magical that I have never tasted on any other grill. Love my egg. Rosemary roasted potatoes and Asparagus as the sides, my wife's favorite dinner. Not to mention the inch and half thick porterhouse, filet for her, strip for me. Had to post it. Her filet was like butter and the fat was meat butter.

She is very patient with me and my obsession of cooking. Had to post a picture of the leftovers - Home fries with steak and fried egg. Even better today.
