first dry age

Just finished my fist dry age with @RRP‌ help. Did a 16lb rib eye for 45 days. I probably trimmed to much but its my first time and frankly the crust scares the hell out of me! I also have to say I'm glad I did this while my wife is at work because the bit of smell that comes off it would turn her off instantly and she wouldn't give it a shot.
