Corned beef brisket w/pics
Good morning my Egghead friends.
After all my hard work yesterday with the Ballotine chicken (vote for me please [-O< [-O< )
Today I thought a corned beef brisket was in order. I got a brined corned beef from my butcher. Soaked since Friday night ( hope its long enough). For a rub I used Barberians steak spice, butt rub, garlic powder and black pepper. I injected with some beef broth and on the XL it went. Heres some pic's to hold you over till forking.
And on the grill with my new AR Rig.

Ok here's the final photo shoot. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of the brisket before I cut it up into manageable size pieces and scraped the fat cap off opps. So I put what was left back together.
And here is my plate... still a little dirty from my pasta sauce. -
