Belly Pork Roast and Brussel sprout bacon bake..

I found this Pork belly at our local supermarket..Decided to roast it indirect at about 400 F for as long as it takes.I am going to do it fat down until I get to about 145 IT then flip it over and crank the egg up to pop the crackling. Not sure if this will work but gonna give it a bash..I also made up a little bacon lined dish filled with Brussel sprouts,diced pancetta,red peppers,and horseradish cheese.This will go in at some time during the cook..
