    Looks cooked nicely. That's the hard part. Do like the others are saying and go simple on the rub. Let the meat shine.

    Looks pretty darn good to me.  I chuckled about your comment about getting it right.  I did 15 pizzas in two days when I first tried.  I'm pretty stubborn, lol.  Wasn't going to stop until I had it dialed in.  (That was on a granite slab on the Weber since I don't bleed green yet.)
