Can an Egger provide the XL rolling nest height.
I have searched for a little with no luck. I am trying to find the height of the XL rolling nest from ground to base where egg would sit. I am looking to use the nest for a different application. Thank you.

I have the old style with the small casters. Be happy to measure it if you want

I guess I would be looking for the newer nest.
Not sure if I'm aloud to say don't want to ruffle any feathers but I'm thinking of putting the KJ JR with its stand in the XL BGE nest to raise it to a usable height.
@DMW thank you and is that for a newer nest. -
Yes, that is for the newer nest. You should have said why you needed the measurements. I think it would be a bit too low. I just took mine out and put it on my Camp Chef dutch oven table beside my XL. The DO table is 26" from ground to floor of table. I have never had the Jr on that table before, but it seems like an ideal height. Looks to me like it would be about the same height as the Small in its nest, which you can see to the right. Workable, but a bit low IMHO.They/Them

@DMW I thought I would place the Jr with its stand in the nest. The Jr in its stand is 17" from ground to felt line. If the nest is 18" that would bring the felt line around 35" from the ground.

I didn't think of that. That might work nicely. I would go swap my XL out of its nest and put the Jr. in, but that's a bit much work...They/Them

@DMW is your XL nest a newer style? Little Steven said he had the older style with the smaller wheels. I'm not up to date on my nests.

I got 18 1/2". Probably an inch of ice on the deck too.
