Texas Jalapeno Cornbread and Salmon

Spring Chicken

As all of us Texans know, Buc ee's is the place to shop for all kinds of stuff. Especially their Candied Jalapeno's. Good stuff. So I figured if it's good, then it's gotta be good in Texas Cornbread.

So I made some and put it on the Egg to cook.

Then Judy said, "Hey Big Boy ...... "... Wait, that was another time. She said, "While you have Shirley Small all fired up, why don't we have some salmon?"

Next thing you know. There's salmon in the Chicken Platter.

It needed a few more Buc ee's Candied Jalapenos but it was pretty good.
