Stuffed Burgers on my Lodge Griddle

The wife made me go shopping with her today, while out I purchase a Lodge LDP3 griddle for 10.00 at a surplus store so not all was lost. Came home and made some stuffed burgers (Jalapeños and Pepper Jack Cheese). Family enjoyed them a lot and will do this again.
