Three Pizzas Tonight

Did three different pizzas tonight:


First was a tradition margarita style with home made red sauce, cheese and fresh basil.


Second was a combo with red sauce, cheese, basil, artichoke, pepperoni.


Third was a white pizza (no red sauce) with EVOO, garlic, cheese and artichoke. Very tasty. (Ignore the funny looking half, I had to make a half fake cheese due to my youngest' dairy allergy)


Ran out of 00 flour and couldn't find at the first store I went to, so I used store bought frozen dough...it turned out well and was pretty easy to work.


Thanks to @Carolina Q‌ For the video, I was able to form pretty much round pizzas.
