Thanks to all the tips on the forum I've finally made great pizza on the egg!

Odd the rest of my message didn't make it.
Method - indirect raised at 500 and preheated stone.
Used some mozz and Swiss. Thanks for the tip!
Used Alton brown pizza dough recipe.
And best tip... FTW - parchment paper!! No more pizza stuck on the peel. And no more burnt corn meal flavor.
