Stuffed chicken thighs w/pics
Chicken thighs stuffed with ham, mushrooms goat and swiss cheese.
My wife SWMBO had me do them without the bacon(says I should cut back). Cooked raised indirect 375. It was cold here in Toronto Ontario -11c/12f with the wind it was -20c/-4f. Still getting used to my new Egg. I should have checked on the thighs sooner. They turned out well done. I'm almost embarrassed to say thats the way I like my meat, well done.
Well that another mistake to work on for next time.

Nice job. It's cold here as well in Mississauga.I just threw on a pork Shoulder, I know I should have put it on earlier this morning. Oh well a late night supper it is.

Like I said for me I like my meat well done. The wife on the other hand does not. So I told the wife, the bacon adds taste and protection to the chicken to keep it moist. She may give in next time and let me add the bacon.
