Chicken thighs stuffed with ham, mushrooms goat and swiss cheese.imageimage
My wife SWMBO had me do them without the bacon(says I should cut back). Cooked raised indirect 375. It was cold here in Toronto Ontario -11c/12f with the wind it was -20c/-4f. Still getting used to my new Egg. I should have checked on the thighs sooner. They turned out well done. I'm almost embarrassed to say thats the way I like my meat, well done.image
Well that another mistake to work on for next time.
