Every day, whether I post or not, I scan through this BGE site and see what's up. Like checking on family and a WHOLE lot more fulfilling than calling my mother! The number of new names and faces (sorta faces) every day is just unreal. I was at the 2nd ever Atlanta fest and the 1st ever Texas fest and I dunno what in Waldorf...you could fit us into a Buick. Now Atlanta has burst at the seams (the vents?) and this board has an incredible number of new people learning about the egg and bringing new ideas. I am so impressed I just can't STAND it. Glad you are all here..newbies and my old friends.[p]Usually don't wax poetic like this. Hmm...better have more coffee. Don't want you to think I'm getting soft or sumthin. Think I've got something in my eye...sniff.[p]mShark

Mollyshark,
Great post Molly, now put a little something in the coffee and enjoy the start of a new week. LOL[p]Regards,

Mollyshark,
I agree. I think what I like best about it is seeing the One-Time Newbies giving advice to Brand-New Newbies. Talking about "sharing knowledge, experience, skills and enthusiasm," there is no better place than right here on this Forum.[p]Now you've got me all watery-eyed.[p]Spring "Soft Boiled" Chicken

Mollyshark,
just put the petal to the metal in your new car and those tears will dry in a second! Still enjoying it, I'll bet!

Mollyshark,
Its good to know there's a place for folk with a common interest to swap ideas.
I just bought my first ever egg on Saturday and used it twice yesterday. Lunch was a test run with just chix breasts soaked in various BBQ sauces. My family hasn't had grilled chix in several years because of the horrible dry result...not so with the egg!!! It came out juicy and absolutely delicious!! No knife needed to cut it.
I found using the egg pretty easy, so I tried a seared steak technique I found on this forum...FANTASTIC!
I'll be using my BGE quite a bit in the near future and even hope to get some pictures on the forum...so talk to you later.

RRP,[p]Hard not to enjoy it. I'm always worn out when I get home from a drive though. It's a very...physical experience.[p]mShark
