I asked the family what they wanted for dinner and it was unanimous, steak! Cooked direct over 700○ 2 minutes per side then shut the Egg down and let me sit for 5 mins. Pulled them off the Egg and had it with couscous and cucumber salad.

I do not reverse sear. To each his own. I sear both sides. Put on plate with foil, dial the egg back and enjoy cocktails while it comes down then finish off.tisoypops said:Very nice...
