Being new to the forum it seems like pizza is a popular item to cook.

Have you considered a wood fired pizza oven to complement your Egg/Eggs.

    Considered it, yes. It's not practical for me because of space and financially don't see the benefit. Pizza off the egg is great so I don't think it's worth the expense. If I had unlimited funds and a place for one, I'd pull the trigger.

    If I had room, I would consider it. Thing is, it's a big investment for something that can't move with you. If it can move, then its probably kind of small. In an ideal world I'd have a huge wood fired oven in the backyard and the requisite time to fire and tend it.

    But I ended up with this thing instead...

    I can decide I want pizza and have it fresh off the Blackstone faster than delivery if I have dough balls ready in the fridge.

    I think wfo pizza is the best, bar none. WAY too expensive for no more than I would use it though. The Blackstone oven gets good reviews at a fraction of the price. I'll just keep using my regular oven. Haven't egged a pizza in a coupla years. More trouble than it's worth.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    I work with a dude who relocated here local from a SC mill. He bought a house with a brick oven and didn't have a use for it and had it torn down! [-( :-w :-q
