Chicken and jerky

Chicken on the egg for some smoke as I did jerky. Jerky didn't last long enough for pictures. Like cheese on a counter

just ball bustin. We cook chicken breast at least once a week and it's worth the time to fire the egg just for the flavor. Could eat some jerky right now on the way to bed.

What meat did you use for the jerky? Seasonings?

Thin sliced eye of round. Used High Mountain jerky cure. Add my own spices to taste. Tons of black pepper. Finished it on my dehydrator
