New to Egging
I'm pretty new, bought a LBGE on Black Friday sale. I'd been a fan for awhile, but, was cooking on a barrel type charcoal grill. I had a premium gas grill that I seldom used. I started here, imitating steaks, veggies, etc. Worked up to a butt last week which turned out great!! Last week I sold the other grills, went and added a mini max to my arsenal, and today I tried baby backs on the large, and did cabbage on the MM. Both turned out great!!! I love these grills and this community, this is really becoming an enjoyable hobby, and you can't beat the fringe benefits!!! Thanks to all of you and I hope to contribute in the future as I learn.

Welcome. Can't believe you already added a minimax! Do you have an AR yet or a Thermopen? For me I had a learning curve. Are you spatchcocking chickens direct raised? Pizza? It's a lot of fun and the food is great!XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

Haha, yes, I'll have to add some pics (or remember to take some)!! Thanks all, it is a blast! I did spatchcock the first chicken I cooked, the second one I just put it on a V-rack. We RV in the warm months so after buying the Large BGE I knew I had to have a portable. The old chargriller mini just wasn't going to cut it anymore.
I'm adding 3 pics as a trial to see if I've got the hang of it. Didn't take any of the ribs and stuff yesterday though.
