Rained all day today but that doesn't stop the Big Green Egg. Deboned a chicken and stuffed with hard salami, provolone cheese, spinach, and a cream cheese mixture of onions, roasted red peppers, and garlic carmelized in bacon fat. Dusted with Big Green Egg Whirly Bird. Grilled indirect at 400 for about an hour to 155IT and and then rest. Started coating with BBQ sauce @ 140IT. It wasn't pretty but it was delicious. No plated pic because the slices fell apart.

XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!
