Uncle Phil,
I just cooked shrimp that recommended dipped them in pesto followed by wrapping each in procutto (sp). The family rated it a perfect 10.

TRex,[p]about 350d and 10 minutes a side, I guess. I turned them basted them and just looked for doneness in color. They came out nice.[p]Uncle Phil

Nessmuk,
That sounds great. I will have to try the shrimp your way next time. We are in the process of building an outdoor kitchen which will have the EGG built-in as one of the componets. I think I wil be spending a lot more time experimenting in the coming months![p]Uncle Phil

Uncle Phil,
I am contemplating an outdoor kitchen/bar area as well. I'm in the info/ideas stage so far. Can you share any design plans/photos of your project to date?
Cheers, Bob

Go here:
http://forums.bbqgalore.com/backyard/forumdisplay.bbq?f=22[p]This is a site I stumbled on to a few weeks ago. Really helpful. I figure I will save about $5,000 over buying it from a local company.[p]Uncle Phil

Uncle Phil,
Thanks for the post...I'm doing shrimp tomorrow and will use your temp and time for my first try.
I did BBQ chix tonight for the second time in as many days so the shrimp seems to be the next step. Thanks again!
