After seeing all the woks y'all got for Christmas I needed to get mine out and get it hot.
The ingredients, chicken, red pepper slices, snow peas, shaved carrots, zuke noodles, garlic and ginger. For the sauce, chicken stock, coconut milk, garlic sauce, soy sauce and peanut butter On to the wokkin.
Did the chicken first with some garlic and red pepper flakes and then removed Then did the peppers, snow peas and carrots with a lil sesame oil and removed Sautéed some garlic until smelling good and added the zuke noodle for a quick fry and removed. Do you see a theme here? Added in the sauce till it got all mixed up and happy and thickened up a bit. Didn't remove this one but added everything back in to get nice and coated with sauce. And the final product with crushed cashews and cilantro sprinkled on top

Matt, I wish you lived closer I'd pay you for some of the grub you put out. Seems everyting you cook is something I'd love to eat.

Excellent cook. I plan on getting a wok for my Mini Maxx.

@theyolksonyou. Thank you very much for the compliment but I have seen seen the stuff you put out too and it's very nice.
@yemtrey - the wok is a very fun tool once you learn how to use it on the egg.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky. -

This is crazy. I just got up from gorging on pork ribs, looked at your cook, and the first thought was "wow, I could really enjoy that." This is a terrible sickness, and quite frankly Matt, you are contributing greatly to the illness. Geez.
As usual, great cook ... thanks for letting us look over your shoulder.

I did smoked salmon on the egg tonight. I'd much rather be eating some of that after seeing all the great pics!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan
