Pork Top Loin Roast - Costco
TN2TX
Posts: 298
First post of 2015! I picked up this package from Costco yesterday. It looked like two loins tied together so I figured two is better than one......right? Cut one open and started unrolling so I could stuff with cranberries and bread stuffing. Coated the outsize with down and dizzy. Going indirect and raised at 325 until we hit 145. I'll save the other one for chops next week. It's raining in Dallas so I MaGyver'd a rain rood.
Wife is cooking greens and black eye peas...not a fan but who couldn't use good luck. Happy New Year!
