Potato soup today

It's been too long, I decided to wing it a bit this time. Threw some carrots, garlic and onion in the pan with some potatoes, evoo and salt. Bacon with dp rub cooking over the top of the pan. Will add some frozen hash browns into the DO later with some homemade chicken broth since I didn't quite have enough potatoes. We'll see how it turns out.
