First Mickey's Rub, ribeye, and baby backs

Made my first batch of Mickey's today. Couldn't resist adding some onion powder and some cayenne... I cannot imagine a rub without either... So I guess it's not authentic. Dusted up a 2" ribeye and two racks of baby backs. The ribeye went off tonight utilizing reverse sear method to a perfect medium rare (notice the medium rare from sear to sear) and ribs are for tomorrow's football orgy. REALLY GOOD!!!
