Reverse sear advice...
I hope everyone had a great Christmas!! My wonderful wife got me some prime ribeye which I am planning on cooking with a reverse sear. I am going to go indirect on the AR and the drop them to the spider for the sear.
My question is if I am aiming for a medium - medium well what temp would you recommend moving it to the spider for the sear?
Thanks all!

Medium is around 140...I'd pull at 115 and go till 130. Tent with foil when done because it'll rise some. You can always throw it back on.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
