I'm taking my MM on the road with us to my mom's tomorrow for our family holiday gathering. I purchased a fresh cut 7lb boneless prime rib roast at my local grocer today that I want to attempt. 2 things here. One, it'll only be my 2nd cook on the MM. Two, I've never done a prime rib. Any suggestions on temps, times, and setting up the MM for my cook would be greatly appreciated. I think I'm going to try something similar to what Cazzy did with the board dressing & fresh herbs to flavor it up a bit. Hoping for the best!

Time wise I am not sure with, but I would shoot for 300 to 350 for temp indirect of course. If I had to guess on time I would say 1.5 to 2 hours to get to 115.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
