Pizza Night In Canada!!! 3 Pizzas!!! Woot Woot
Went a little crazy tonight with making Pizzas lol. Check it out!!
1. Pepperoni, Pineapple, Olives, Onions, Spinnach!2. Pepperoni, Pineapple, Olives, Onions, Sun dried Tomatoes!

I bought the dough at an Italian bakery... It really makes a big difference. One of the pizzas was really thin and surprisingly, the dough didn't break on me. I used foil balls underneath the pizza stone but next time, I'm going to try placing the stone right on the plate setter. Also, cooking the pizza at 600 is better than 500-550. It makes a difference.

They look great. I always cook my mushrooms before putting them on a pizza. Do the mushrooms cook quick enough or do they have a little raw taste?

Bigguy136, I think as long as you shave the mushrooms vs chunks they cook no problem. I was very careful to make sure all the toppings were thinly sliced.
