    @Botch‌, I would of liked to have been a hiker taking all this in. Pretty funny stuff. They would of gave permission for the ATV's, but since he didn't ask they decided that they could make a little revenue off the guy. I'm so glad I live in Wyoming. We come across animal carcasses all the time. I think I'm gonna petition the State to see if they'll put up these "Stench" warning signs whenever a carcass is found. Maybe they should of sent a butcher in to salvage the meat or an experienced BBQ guy to cook it the right way. They could of fed all the hungry hikers. So many coulda shoulda woulda's. Once again, that's some funny stuff. Still laughing =))

    @botch just another weekly event of life in Southern Utah.  Its amazing how much of these shennanigans happen here with all the cattle on the BLM land and then the fights with ATVs/Hikers/mountain bikers is just the cherry on top.

    Heaven forbid a hiker of nature experience some nature - death.

    Sounds like the ranchers put forth a good faith effort to put the cow out of it's misery and dispose of the remains.  Also sounds like they were three quarters of a way through a case of Natural Lite in he PR realm.
