Peoria Eggfest

I saw RRP's post down below, but figured I'd bring it up here. It was great to meet you Ron, and everyone else.[p]We had a great time at Eggfest in Peoria. The folks at Hearth and Patio are true eggers and they treated us royally. Thank you all.[p]I was asked to judge, and all the food was top notch. It was very close for second and third place, but that pizza was a clear winner. [p]I think this event is going to get better and better!

    Shirley here, I wish I would have gotten the recipe for the pizza. I asked and can remember most of it but I know I missed amounts etc. Then I didn't even get a piece of it!!! We had a great time also. Stir-fry for us today. It was also great meeting you.
