Spatched a 6 pounder with DP Raging River and 1 hunk of cherry, cooked Indirect until 165 At 375
It came out great!

Looks great.  I have only done one of these and need to do more.  If I recall correctly, it came pretty much "pre spatched" from the store.

This was a $.99 a pound injected and bone in Turkey breast that I Spatched by cutting out the backbone and butterflying, works great for us!
