not perfect but pretty decent ...modified this recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/shoyu-chicken by reducing soy sauce by 30% and replacing oregano with fish sauce, sesame oil, gin, five spice powder and rice vinegar.

Just tried a bunch of wings on my brand new XL AR, raised direct @400. Burnt about a third of them at 45 mins. How frequently are you guys who go raised direct turning your wings?
Wife loved the non-scorched ones, however...I think I still need to tinker with this AR...

Just rubbed with Tsunami Spin and cornstarch. 425 raised direct, flipped once. Nice and crispy

I egged this last night with a little cherry and pecan smoke. Direct 350-400. @saluki2007 inspired me with that Sriracha Garlic sauce! Turned out very tasty.

These were awesome. Threw them on at the end of a rib cook. They cooked pretty fast but it was my first time cooking this much chicken at one time, and on top of the fat from the ribs, I had my share of flare-ups every time I opened the egg. BUT, the wings came out great....
...tossed here in a spicy buffalo sauce.
