Warm Spring day, sitting in the back with the perfect amount of breeze, firing up the Egg, having my 4 y/o daughter begging for me to allow her to "paint" the bbq sauce on ribs...cracking a beer and hearing the crisp sound as it opens and taking that first drink.

Then sitting in the back with friends and family to eat and everyone saying I should open a restaurant with my "Slap Ya Mamma Rib" recipe.
