First time reverse sear NY strip..... and chicken breast

First time reverse sear.  Had to cook chicken breast for the kids, so i gave it a shot.  Turned out great.  We also had green bean casserole and green chili hominy.

Definitely my new favorite way to cook steak, and possibly chicken.
