4 hour Baby back ribs
Options
I was a little slow at getting the ribs on today. Somehow it's connected to all the football on tv right now. It's not my fault.....
Anyway, I have 4 hours to get them done. I have em on right now around 325. I'm thinking of getting them up to 350 for 2 hours and then wrapping for an hour and a half and then pulling them out again for 30 minutes. That's my plan. Anyone got a better idea?

Baby backs at 350 will be done really close to the 2hr mark. Probably before.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Sounds good, waiting to see if this works. I did 2-2-.5 last time and I think I could have gone a little shorter.XL, 2 Large, Mini -- Shenandoah, TX Now BulletGrillHouse
