There's not going to ever be a concensus on who should make it but the thing that bothers me is strength of schedule. FSU is ranked 31st. ..and barely won many of those. The SEC had the top 7 toughest schedules.

I think the committee did fair. FSU isn't #3 but I don't think you can ignore undefeated. I don't like them and they lost to Notre dame and never showed dominance over anyone.

The match ups are really exciting. But it should be an 8 team playoff in my book. All power 5 conferences have to have championship games and the winner gets to come no matter what. Then pick the 3 at large teams. Rank them by wins and strength of schedule. And no independent teams. Notre Dame has to join a conference. Just my 2 cents.

@MrCookingNurse‌ ...you can ignore undefeated by strength of schedule and how FSU barely won those. OSU had a weak schedule. F!@$ Notre Dam...just like FSU they're afraid to join a real conference. I would give anything to see Ohio or fsu play the SEC west schedule.

I agree with you that it'd be hard to find a few teams that could compete in the SEC west year in and year out. What's reallt aggravating is half of FSU should be in jail or suspended but ole Jimbo just says "we got a bunch of really good boys" aka "Thugs"
