Injecting a Spatchcoked turkey help

I am hosting an early Xmas party next weekend and I have two fresh 15 pound birds ordered and the butcher is soar chocking them for me. I have never before injected but I do have a new injector so I am wondering what to inject into my turkeys? If I inject should I skip the brining process? Also for grilling, what is best method? Indirect? Raised direct? Temperature? Thanks in advance

6 years and average 3 spatchcocked turkeys per year. Never injected yet, see no reason, nor brined. Just saying. 400 direct and raised works here. Your size birds should take app 100 mins +\-

If I inject anything it's plain old melted butter. That's it, you can't go wrong with butter.

I just did my first spatchcocked turkey this Thanksgiving with great success (got lucky, I think!!). I cooked indirect at 375 and my 12 lb bird was ready in two hours. I injected "Turkey Gold" (2 oz per breast and 1.5 oz per thigh) from www.tastylicksbbq.com. Really worked out well.
