forgot about the cheddar I bought last week, the usual soldering iron, soup can and ice cubes setup, decided to try a stick of butter as well...
done in 1.5 hour as usual, surface temp only 45F, a tad warmer than fridge temp!
All set for Christmas ... cheese, bacon, Indian and Chinese sausages, salmon, preserves.
