I have four tuna steaks and I would apprecate any help on time and seasonings.

How thick, and how fresh, are your steaks? If they're 2 or more inches thick, and very fresh, I like a light film of oil, sprinkles of salt and pepper, and on a 500 degree fire for no more than 2 minutes per side. (Yes, ma'am, I like my tuna rare...)[p]HTH
