Brined for a little over 48 hours, rubbed with Bad Byron's (on 2 of them) & 3 Beer rub on the other. Pecan wood for smoke with Hickory lump.

Funny you ask...I never actually tasted the one with 3 Beer Rub. I cooked it for my brother and he sliced it later. Took the other two to my wife’s Thanksgiving out of town. They were awesome as usual. Love Bad Byron's on turkey more than anything!
