Leftover reverse seared New York strip
Had made 2 huge prime New York strip steaks on Sunday night, needed to eat up the remainder last night. Didn't want to go to the store was able to put together this great sandwich from the pantry. Caramelized onions, Swiss and Cheddar cheese amazing!
