Fun-Size Thermometer

I was looking through the ThermoWorks Extended Cyber Monday deal this morning and I noticed the RT345 Fun-Size Thermometer.  Anyone have any information on this little guy?  Anyone use it?

Yes, I know most of you will say "Just spend the money and buy a Thermopen."  I understand that part, and it is on my list of stuff to get with Christmas $$$.  I was thinking about the Fun-Size as a stocking stuffer for a couple of friends, as well as something to add to my EDC kit.  I hate going to my inlaws and she never has a thermometer for steaks and stuff.

i only know one person who has one. She likes it a lot.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

  • I have 2 of them as well as the full size. The small works great when I'm out and about. I also have one next to the stove for quick access. Little slower than the full version but all in all it is definitly worth the $12
