Hi Rodney,[p]Looks like the addy posted here is stale so here's a public post![p]I met your brother and his wife here in Peoria today - nice couple - they dropped by our rain enchanced eggfest as he said you told him to do. Mind sharing the tomato pie recipe that he said you gave him?

Rodney is in France for the next couple o' weeks. I believe both the tomato pie and Vidalia onion pie are on the BGE recipe pages. If not, YB can and probably will hook you up![p]Jim

I just wanted to add one thing, Ron, now that Larry has provided the recipe. Rodney and Larry have perfected these things and according to them, one of the keys is making sure the tomatoes are as "dry" as possible before assembling the pie. If they are too juicy, the pie will come out somewhat runny. Not that it would make them any less tasty, just not quite as pretty when cut. You are in for a treat with this dish![p]Jim
